- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine machining operations.
- Set up and operate CNC machines to perform complex machining operations.
- Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Inspect finished products for quality and make necessary adjustments to meet specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with machines or products.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols.
- Continuously improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and reduce waste.

- Train and mentor junior machinists to develop their skills and knowledge.

- Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and quality control, to ensure successful project outcomes.
Faa Certification: A Machinist - Level 4 At Honeywell Must Possess A Valid Faa Certification, Demonstrating Their Proficiency In Operating And Maintaining Complex Machinery And Equipment.
Technical Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Knowledge Of Cnc Machining And Programming, As Well As Experience With Precision Measuring Tools And Equipment.
Experience: A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Machining And Fabrication In An Aerospace Or Aviation Environment Is Typically Required For This Role.
