- Oversee and manage all aspects of the company's supply chain, including transportation, inventory, and warehousing.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain processes and improve efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
- Lead and mentor a team of logistics professionals, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
- Implement and maintain safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective and reliable transportation and logistics services.
- Proactively identify potential supply chain disruptions and develop contingency plans to mitigate risks.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve and innovate the supply chain process.
- Communicate regularly with upper management to provide updates on supply chain performance and make recommendations for improvement.
Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Supervisory Role In Logistics Or Supply Chain Operations.
Strong Knowledge Of Warehouse Management Systems And Inventory Control Processes.
Excellent Problem-Solving And Decision-Making Skills, With The Ability To Handle Complex Logistics Issues.
Proven Leadership Abilities, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Develop A Team Of Logistics Personnel.
