This Advanced Level Of Education Demonstrates A Strong Theoretical And Practical Understanding Of Learning And Development Principles.
Extensive Experience In Learning And Development: A Qualified Learning Director Should Have At Least 7-10 Years Of Experience In Designing And Implementing Learning Initiatives. This Experience Should Include A Variety Of Learning Methods Such As E-Learning, Instructor-Led Training, And Blended Learning.
Strong Leadership And Management Skills: As A Learning Director, One Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Leading And Managing A Team Of Learning Professionals.
