  3. Utilize technical knowledge and expertise to effectively communicate product features and benefits to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  5. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients and market trends.
  6. Prepare and deliver presentations, demonstrations, and proposals to clients.
  7. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' products and services.
  9. Provide technical support and guidance to clients throughout the sales process.
  10. Mentor and train junior sales engineers to enhance their technical and sales skills.
  11. Attend conferences, trade shows, and other industry events to network and promote Honeywell's products and services.
  12. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales activities and results.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, and maintain high ethical standards in all business dealings.
  14. Continuously seek ways to improve sales processes and strategies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  15. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns and initiatives.
