  1. Develop and implement project plans and strategies to support change and transition initiatives within the organization.
  2. Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure effective and timely execution of project deliverables.
  3. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential risks and issues, and develop mitigation plans.
  4. Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  5. Monitor project budgets and timelines to ensure successful completion within budget and on schedule.
  6. Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and prioritize project goals and objectives.
  7. Conduct regular project status meetings and report project progress to senior management.
  8. Facilitate change management activities to ensure smooth and successful transitions within the organization.
  9. Identify and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of project management.
  10. Mentor and guide project team members to ensure a high level of performance and productivity.
  11. Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate them into project management processes.
  12. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  13. Act as a subject matter expert on project management methodologies and tools.
  14. Ensure all project documentation and deliverables are accurate, complete, and in compliance with company standards.
  15. Collaborate with other project managers to share best practices and support company-wide initiatives.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Project Management Experience: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have At Least 7-10 Years Of Experience In Project Management, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading Complex Projects.

  • Change Management Expertise: As A Lead Project Manager For Change/Transition Management, The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Change Management Principles And Methodologies. They Should Be Able To Effectively Lead And Support Teams Through Organizational And Process Changes.

  • Strong Communication And Leadership Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Lead And Influence Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders At All Levels.

  • Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Abilities: Honeywell Values Individuals Who Can Think Strategically And Proactively Identify Potential Risks And Roadblocks In A Project. The Ideal Candidate Should Also Have Strong Problem-Solving Skills To Address Any Challenges That May Arise During The Project.

  • Relevant Education And Certifications: A Bachelor's Degree In Business, Project Management, Or A Related Field Is Typically Required For This Role. Additionally, Having Certifications Such As Pmp (Project Management Professional) Or Prosci Change Management Certification Is Highly Desirable And May Give Candidates A Competitive Advantage.
