- Develop and implement project plans and strategies to support change and transition initiatives within the organization.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure effective and timely execution of project deliverables.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential risks and issues, and develop mitigation plans.
- Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Monitor project budgets and timelines to ensure successful completion within budget and on schedule.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and prioritize project goals and objectives.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and report project progress to senior management.
- Facilitate change management activities to ensure smooth and successful transitions within the organization.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of project management.
- Mentor and guide project team members to ensure a high level of performance and productivity.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate them into project management processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Act as a subject matter expert on project management methodologies and tools.
- Ensure all project documentation and deliverables are accurate, complete, and in compliance with company standards.
- Collaborate with other project managers to share best practices and support company-wide initiatives.
Extensive Project Management Experience: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have At Least 7-10 Years Of Experience In Project Management, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading Complex Projects.
Change Management Expertise: As A Lead Project Manager For Change/Transition Management, The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Change Management Principles And Methodologies. They Should Be Able To Effectively Lead And Support Teams Through Organizational And Process Changes.
Strong Communication And Leadership Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Lead And Influence Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders At All Levels.
Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Abilities: Honeywell Values Individuals Who Can Think Strategically And Proactively Identify Potential Risks And Roadblocks In A Project. The Ideal Candidate Should Also Have Strong Problem-Solving Skills To Address Any Challenges That May Arise During The Project.
Relevant Education And Certifications: A Bachelor's Degree In Business, Project Management, Or A Related Field Is Typically Required For This Role. Additionally, Having Certifications Such As Pmp (Project Management Professional) Or Prosci Change Management Certification Is Highly Desirable And May Give Candidates A Competitive Advantage.
