
Lead Procurement Project Specialist
Honeywell is looking for a Lead Procurement Project Specialist to join our team and take on an integral role in our organization. As a Lead Procurement Project Specialist, you will be responsible for leading and managing the procurement process and guiding the project team to ensure the successful completion of projects. We are looking for an individual who has a strong background in procurement, project management, and stakeholder management, and who is passionate about delivering high-quality results.To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, as well as 3+ years of experience in a procurement-related role. Furthermore, you should possess excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities:
- Lead the procurement process for projects, including identifying best suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing the purchasing process.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize the procurement process and ensure successful completion of projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Monitor and review project progress and provide regular updates to the project team and other stakeholders.
- Analyze and report on project costs and performance.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts.
- Identify areas of risk and develop mitigation strategies.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new technologies related to procurement.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
