  1. Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of HVAC DDC automation systems.
  2. Lead a team of technicians and delegate tasks to ensure efficient and timely completion of projects.
  3. Provide on-site technical support and guidance to team members as needed.
  4. Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure systems are functioning properly and meet industry standards.
  5. Collaborate with project managers and other team members to develop and implement effective strategies and solutions.
  6. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to HVAC and DDC automation.
  7. Train and mentor junior technicians to improve their knowledge and skills.
  8. Communicate effectively with clients and provide excellent customer service.
  9. Maintain accurate records of work performed and report any issues or concerns to management.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in HVAC and DDC automation technology.
  11. Adhere to safety protocols and ensure all team members follow safety guidelines.
  12. Conduct regular performance evaluations of team members and provide feedback for improvement.
  13. Collaborate with sales teams to identify potential opportunities for new projects.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience In Hvac Ddc Automation: A Lead Field Service Technician Must Possess A Deep Understanding And Hands-On Experience In Hvac Ddc Automation Systems, Including Troubleshooting, Installation, And Maintenance.
