- Lead and manage a team of field service technicians to provide exceptional customer service.
- Utilize technical expertise and knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Mentor and train team members on technical skills and best practices.
- Ensure all team members adhere to company policies and safety procedures.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Coordinate and schedule service calls and maintain a high level of efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze team performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement new processes and procedures.
- Stay current with industry developments and advancements in technology.
- Act as a point of contact for escalated customer issues and provide timely resolution.

- Participate in the recruitment and hiring process for new technicians.

Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Technical Field, Preferably In A Service Or Maintenance Role.
Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Manage A Team Of Technicians.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Honeywell Products And Systems, Including Hvac, Fire Alarm, And Security Systems.
Excellent Troubleshooting And Problem-Solving Skills.
Ability To Communicate Effectively With Clients And Provide Exceptional Customer Service.
