  1. Develop and implement comprehensive AI and data governance strategies for the company in line with industry best practices and legal regulations.
  2. Provide expert legal advice and guidance on all matters related to AI and data governance, including data privacy, security, and ethical considerations.
  3. Conduct thorough research and analysis of relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends to ensure compliance and mitigate potential risks.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology and business leaders, to develop and implement policies and procedures that align with company goals and values.
  5. Review and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to AI and data governance.

  8. Represent the company in legal proceedings related to AI and data governance, as needed.
  9. Build and maintain relationships with external legal counsel and regulatory agencies to stay informed and ensure compliance.
  10. Lead and mentor a team of attorneys and legal professionals, providing guidance and support on AI and data governance matters.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Legal Knowledge: A Lead Attorney For Ai & Data Governance At Honeywell Should Possess A Thorough Understanding Of Relevant Laws And Regulations Related To Data Privacy And Ai, Such As The General Data Protection Regulation (Gdpr) And The California Consumer Privacy Act (Ccpa).

  • Experience In Data Governance: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Background In Data Governance And Management, Including Data Protection, Confidentiality, And Data Retention Policies.

  • Familiarity With Ai Technology: The Lead Attorney Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Ai Technology And Its Applications, Including Its Potential Risks And Benefits.
