- Utilize your strong engineering background to analyze and optimize existing manufacturing processes for improved quality and cost-effectiveness.

- Mentor and train junior engineers to develop their skills and knowledge in advanced manufacturing techniques.
- Collaborate with suppliers to identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize existing manufacturing processes to improve quality, cost, and efficiency.
- Act as a liaison between engineering, production, and quality teams to ensure smooth and efficient production processes.

Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Advanced Manufacturing And Process Engineering
Proficiency In Cad Software And Knowledge Of Lean Manufacturing Principles
Strong Project Management Skills And The Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams
Experience With Various Manufacturing Processes Such As Cnc Machining, Additive Manufacturing, And Automation Systems
