  1. Develop and implement innovative and efficient manufacturing processes for Honeywell's advanced products.
  2. Lead and manage cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful completion of manufacturing projects.
  3. Utilize your strong engineering background to analyze and optimize existing manufacturing processes for improved quality and cost-effectiveness.
  4. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in manufacturing technology and identify opportunities to incorporate them into our processes.
  5. Provide technical guidance and support to manufacturing teams to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during production.
  6. Collaborate with product design teams to ensure manufacturability and cost efficiency of new products.
  7. Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
  8. Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and reports to monitor progress and communicate with stakeholders.
  9. Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to ensure safe and compliant manufacturing processes.
  10. Mentor and train junior engineers to develop their skills and knowledge in advanced manufacturing techniques.
  11. Collaborate with suppliers to identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
  12. Continuously evaluate and optimize existing manufacturing processes to improve quality, cost, and efficiency.
  13. Act as a liaison between engineering, production, and quality teams to ensure smooth and efficient production processes.
  14. Drive a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the advanced manufacturing team.
  15. Stay informed about industry standards, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and maintain a competitive edge.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Advanced Manufacturing And Process Engineering

  • Proficiency In Cad Software And Knowledge Of Lean Manufacturing Principles

  • Strong Project Management Skills And The Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams

  • Experience With Various Manufacturing Processes Such As Cnc Machining, Additive Manufacturing, And Automation Systems
