  1. Lead the implementation and ongoing support of Kinaxis RapidResponse software across global operations.
  2. Utilize strong IT skills and knowledge to optimize supply chain processes and drive efficiency.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  4. Provide technical expertise and guidance on Kinaxis RapidResponse functionality and capabilities.
  5. Serve as a subject matter expert on supply chain management and its intersection with technology.
  6. Analyze business requirements and develop solutions to address them using Kinaxis RapidResponse.
  7. Identify and troubleshoot technical issues related to Kinaxis RapidResponse and provide timely resolutions.
  8. Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of Kinaxis RapidResponse and make recommendations for improvements.
  9. Stay updated on the latest developments in supply chain management and technology to ensure the company remains competitive.
  10. Train and mentor team members on Kinaxis RapidResponse and its functionalities.
  11. Collaborate with external vendors and consultants as needed to support the implementation and maintenance of Kinaxis RapidResponse.
  12. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry standards and regulations.
  13. Continuously strive to improve processes and systems to enhance the company's supply chain capabilities.
  14. Proactively identify and communicate potential risks or issues related to Kinaxis RapidResponse and work towards mitigating them.
  15. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure effective communication and understanding of requirements.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Information Technology Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience Working With Kinaxis Rapidresponse Software.

  • Experience In Project Management, Including Leading Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Independently And In A Team Environment.
