
Junior Supervisor (2nd shift)

- Train and mentor team members to ensure they are performing their roles effectively and efficiently.
- Monitor team performance and provide timely feedback and coaching to promote growth and development.
- Lead by example and maintain a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Ensure the production line is operating smoothly and efficiently to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Collaborate with other supervisors and managers to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Adhere to all safety and quality standards and ensure team members are also following protocols.
- Create and maintain production reports, including tracking productivity and identifying any issues or bottlenecks.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure materials and resources are available for production.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates.
- Continuously seek ways to improve processes and increase efficiency to meet company goals and objectives.
- Maintain a strong understanding of company policies and procedures and ensure team members are following them.
- Provide support and guidance to team members in resolving conflicts or issues that may arise.
- Participate in recruiting and training new team members as needed.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements to continuously improve production processes.
- Represent the company in a professional manner and uphold its values and standards.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Supervisory Experience In A Manufacturing Or Production Environment.
Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Effectively Manage A Team Of 15-20 Employees.
Knowledge Of Safety Protocols, Osha Regulations, And Experience In Promoting A Safe Work Environment.
Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Experience With Inventory And Production Tracking Software.
Flexibility To Work 2Nd Shift Hours And Ability To Adapt To Changing Production Demands.
