1. Train and mentor team members to ensure they are performing their roles effectively and efficiently.
2. Monitor team performance and provide timely feedback and coaching to promote growth and development.

4. Ensure the production line is operating smoothly and efficiently to meet production goals and deadlines.
5. Collaborate with other supervisors and managers to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.

11. Maintain a strong understanding of company policies and procedures and ensure team members are following them.
