Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In It Services And Support, Preferably In A Large Corporate Environment.
Strong Knowledge And Experience With A Variety Of Operating Systems, Software Applications, And Hardware Devices.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders.
Proven Ability To Manage And Prioritize Multiple Tasks And Projects Simultaneously, While Meeting Tight Deadlines And Maintaining High Levels Of Accuracy And Attention To Detail.
