IT/Network Field Service Engineer - DCS

- Provide technical support to clients in the field of distributed control systems (DCS).
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to DCS systems.
- Install, configure, and maintain DCS systems at client sites.
- Conduct system upgrades and updates as needed.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and provide customized solutions.
- Act as a subject matter expert for DCS systems and provide guidance to clients.
- Ensure the smooth operation of DCS systems at client sites.
- Respond to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Document and maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and installations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in DCS technology.
- Proactively identify and resolve potential issues before they impact client operations.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Train clients on the proper use and maintenance of DCS systems.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and service.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Strong Knowledge And Experience In Distributed Control Systems (Dcs), Specifically Honeywell's Dcs Platforms.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In It/Network Field Service Engineering, Preferably In A Dcs Environment.
Proficiency In Troubleshooting And Resolving Complex Technical Issues In A Timely Manner.
Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Clients And Provide Technical Training When Necessary.
