Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.
Strong Knowledge Of It Systems, Network Infrastructure, And Security Protocols.
Experience With Troubleshooting And Resolving Complex Technical Issues.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Team Members And Communicate Technical Information To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
