  1. Develop and implement an internal audit plan to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and processes within the company.
  2. Lead and manage a team of internal auditors to ensure timely and accurate completion of audits.
  3. Conduct risk assessments to identify potential areas of vulnerability and recommend appropriate control measures.
  4. Review and evaluate financial and operational processes to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as applicable laws and regulations.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address any issues.
  6. Communicate audit findings and recommendations to senior management and provide ongoing support for their implementation.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulatory requirements to ensure the internal audit function remains effective and relevant.
  8. Foster a culture of ethical behavior and accountability within the company.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including external auditors and regulatory bodies.
  10. Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in the areas of internal auditing and risk management.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Internal Audit: A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Internal Audit, With 5 Years In A Leadership Position, Preferably In A Global Company.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Audit Standards And Practices: In-Depth Understanding And Application Of Audit Principles, Practices, And Techniques, Including Risk Assessment, Control Evaluation, And Audit Reporting.

  • Leadership And People Management Skills: Proven Ability To Lead, Manage, And Develop A Team Of Auditors, Including Setting Goals, Providing Feedback, And Fostering A Positive And Inclusive Work Environment.

  • Strategic Thinking And Business Acumen: Ability To Think Strategically And Align Audit Plans With The Company's Overall Objectives. Strong Business Acumen And Understanding Of The Industry, Market Trends, And Regulatory Environment.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Audit Findings To Various Levels Of Management. Proven Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Build Relationships With Key Stakeholders.
