- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize and improve the supply chain operations of the company.
- Utilize engineering principles and methodologies to identify and implement process improvements in the supply chain.
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify and resolve supply chain issues, including logistics, inventory management, and procurement.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products to customers.
- Conduct regular analysis and reporting on supply chain performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key suppliers and vendors, negotiating contracts and terms to ensure cost-effective and high-quality materials and services.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in supply chain management and utilize this knowledge to drive innovation within the company.
- Oversee the implementation of new supply chain systems and technologies to increase efficiency and streamline processes.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards related to supply chain operations.
- Mentor and develop team members to build a strong and capable supply chain engineering team.
Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or Related Field, With A Focus On Supply Chain Management Or Logistics.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Supply Chain Management, With At Least 5 Years In A Leadership Role.
Strong Understanding Of End-To-End Supply Chain Processes And Best Practices, Including Procurement, Inventory Management, Transportation, And Distribution.
Proficiency In Project Management, With A Track Record Of Successfully Leading Cross-Functional Teams And Implementing Large-Scale Supply Chain Initiatives.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate Effectively With Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
