Bachelor's Degree In Instructional Design, Education, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Instructional Design, Preferably In A Corporate Or Technical Environment.
Proficient In E-Learning Authoring Tools Such As Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Or Camtasia.
Strong Understanding Of Adult Learning Principles And Instructional Design Models.
