  1. Design and develop innovative and impactful learning solutions that align with company goals and objectives.
  2. Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify learning needs and objectives.
  3. Conduct thorough needs analysis to determine the most effective training approach.
  4. Utilize adult learning principles and instructional design best practices to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
  5. Develop a variety of training materials, including instructor-led training, e-learning modules, job aids, and assessments.
  6. Incorporate multimedia elements, such as videos, simulations, and interactive activities, to enhance learning.
  7. Ensure all learning solutions are user-friendly, accessible, and visually appealing.
  8. Test and evaluate the effectiveness of training materials and make necessary revisions.
  9. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in learning technology to continuously improve learning solutions.
  10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure learning solutions are integrated with other organizational initiatives.
  11. Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines.
  12. Communicate and present training materials to various stakeholders and receive feedback for continuous improvement.
  13. Provide guidance and support to other team members, as needed.
  14. Uphold company standards and policies in all aspects of instructional design work.
  15. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Instructional Design, Education, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Instructional Design, Preferably In A Corporate Or Technical Environment.

  • Proficient In E-Learning Authoring Tools Such As Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Or Camtasia.

  • Strong Understanding Of Adult Learning Principles And Instructional Design Models.

  • Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Work Independently And Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.
