  10. Adhere to strict deadlines and prioritize tasks to meet production goals.
  11. Train and mentor junior team members to ensure consistency and accuracy in inspection and testing procedures.
  12. Contribute to the overall success of the company by actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Electronics Inspection And Testing.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulations, Such As Iso 9001 And Ipc-A-610.

  • Proficiency In Using Various Electronic Testing Equipment And Tools.

  • Attention To Detail And Ability To Identify And Troubleshoot Technical Issues.
