  1. Develop and implement financial compliance strategies and policies in accordance with government regulations, ensuring Honeywell's continued success in the market.

  10. Provide leadership and guidance to a team of finance professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Finance Or Accounting, With At Least 5 Years In A Government Compliance Role

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Government Regulations And Compliance Requirements, Including Far, Dfars, And Cost Accounting Standards (Cas)

  • Strong Understanding Of Financial Reporting And Auditing Processes, As Well As Experience Working With Government Agencies And Auditors

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage A Team And Collaborate With Other Departments To Ensure Compliance And Mitigate Risk.
