- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and profitability for Honeywell's P3 business in Canada.
- Oversee all aspects of P3 operations in Canada, including budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction by monitoring and improving service delivery processes.
- Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve company goals and objectives.

Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Position, Preferably In A Similar Industry Such As Defense, Aviation, Or Government Contracting.
Extensive Knowledge And Understanding Of The Canadian Market, Including Government Policies And Regulations, Business Practices, And Key Players.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Large Teams And Driving Business Growth Through Strategic Planning, Budget Management, And Effective Decision-Making.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders, Including Clients, Suppliers, And Government Officials.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Engineering, Or A Related Field. Mba Or Other Advanced Degree Is Preferred.
