Degree In Finance Or Business Administration: A Finance Director For Supply Chain Transformation At Honeywell Should Have A Strong Educational Background In Finance Or Business Administration To Understand Complex Financial Concepts And Strategies.
Extensive Experience In Supply Chain Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Supply Chain Management, With A Proven Track Record Of Successful Transformation Projects. This Includes Experience In Sourcing, Procurement, Logistics, And Inventory Management.
Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Skills: As The Finance Director For Supply Chain Transformation, This Individual Will Be Responsible For Developing And Implementing Strategies To Optimize Honeywell's Supply Chain. They Should Possess Strong Analytical And Critical Thinking Skills To Identify And Solve Complex Problems.
Leadership And Project Management Experience: This Role Requires A Leader Who Can Effectively Manage And Motivate Cross-Functional Teams To Achieve Project Goals And Deadlines. The Candidate Should Have Experience In Leading Large-Scale Transformation Projects, Preferably In A Global Setting.
