Extensive Knowledge Of Export Control Regulations And Laws: A Successful Export Compliance Officer Ii For Training & Communication At Honeywell Must Possess A Thorough Understanding Of Both U.s. And International Export Control Regulations, Including The Export Administration Regulations (Ear) And The International Traffic In Arms Regulations (Itar).
Experience In Developing Training Programs: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience In Creating And Implementing Training Programs Related To Export Compliance. This Includes Developing Training Materials, Conducting Training Sessions, And Assessing The Effectiveness Of The Training.
Excellent Communication Skills: As The Export Compliance Officer Ii For Training & Communication, Strong Communication Skills Are Essential. This Includes The Ability To Clearly And Effectively Communicate Complex Export Compliance Requirements To Employees At All Levels Of The Organization.
