Environmental Health and Safety Specialist

Honeywell is seeking an experienced Environmental Health and Safety Specialist to help ensure the organization's compliance with environmental and safety regulations. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of environmental and safety laws, as well as the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization. This individual must have a strong commitment to safety and be able to work independently, as well as part of a team. The successful candidate must have: • A bachelor’s degree in Safety, Environmental Technology, or a related field • At least two years of experience in a safety-related role • Excellent communication, problem solving, and decision-making skills • The ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment • Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and other applicable regulatory requirements • A Certified Safety Professional (CSP) certification is a plus
