- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as procurement, logistics, and production to ensure seamless integration and coordination of materials management activities.
- Analyze current processes and identify opportunities for improvement, implementing best practices to drive continuous improvement.
- Develop and manage budgets for materials management operations, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial targets.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and terms to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in materials management, incorporating new technologies and practices as appropriate.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to materials management.
Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 10 Years Experience In A Materials Management Or Supply Chain Role, With At Least 5 Years In A Leadership Position.
Strong Knowledge Of Inventory Management, Procurement Processes, And Logistics Operations.
Proven Track Record Of Implementing Cost-Saving Initiatives And Improving Supply Chain Efficiency.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Develop A Team.
