- Develop and implement the strategic direction for the IT organization, with a focus on driving innovation and continuous improvement in the field of IT.
- Oversee the Enterprise Application Quality Control (EAQC) function, including setting and monitoring quality standards, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions.
- Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure successful delivery of projects and initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize enterprise-wide IT needs and develop solutions to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track the success of IT initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in IT quality control, and apply this knowledge to drive continuous improvement within the organization.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including business leaders, to understand their needs and provide effective IT solutions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards related to IT quality control.
- Manage the IT budget and resources, making strategic decisions to optimize resource allocation and maximize return on investment.
- Communicate regularly with senior management on the status of IT projects and initiatives, providing updates and recommendations as needed.
Extensive Experience In It And Enterprise Architecture: The Director It - Eaqc Should Have A Strong Background In It And Enterprise Architecture, With At Least 10-12 Years Of Experience In These Fields. They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of It Systems, Infrastructure, And Processes, As Well As Experience In Developing And Implementing Enterprise Architecture Strategies.
Leadership And Management Skills: The Director It - Eaqc Must Possess Strong Leadership And Management Skills To Effectively Lead A Team Of It Professionals. They Should Have Experience In Managing Projects, Budgets, And Resources, As Well As The Ability To Motivate And Develop Team Members.
