  1. Develop and implement strategic plans for global human resources operations in alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Provide strong leadership and direction to a team of HR professionals, ensuring a high level of performance and motivation.
  3. Drive organizational excellence by continuously evaluating and improving HR processes, policies, and programs.
  4. Ensure compliance with all local and international labor laws and regulations.
  5. Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and retention of top talent across all global locations.
  6. Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and address key HR challenges and opportunities.
  7. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on all HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and development.
  8. Develop and maintain positive relationships with external stakeholders, such as vendors, consultants, and industry leaders.
  9. Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  10. Monitor and analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
  11. Develop and manage HR budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  12. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR, and proactively recommend new strategies and initiatives to enhance the company's HR operations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Experience In Global Human Resources Operations, With At Least 5 Years In A Leadership Role.

  • Proven Track Record In Designing And Implementing Global Hr Strategies And Initiatives That Drive Business Results.

  • Strong Understanding Of Global Hr Policies And Procedures, As Well As Compliance With Local Laws And Regulations.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate And Influence Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
