  10. Act as a subject matter expert for HR data and analytics, providing guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.
  11. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide timely and relevant solutions.
  12. Drive a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making within the HR department.
  13. Communicate complex data and insights in a clear and concise manner to non-technical audiences.
  14. Manage the budget and resources for the HR Data Intelligence team.
  15. Contribute to the overall HR strategy and initiatives as a member of the HR leadership team.
