- Lead and manage a team of customer experience and field operations professionals, providing guidance and support in achieving departmental and organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of customer experience and field operations initiatives.
- Analyze data and metrics to identify areas of improvement and develop action plans to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Customer Experience And Field Operations Management, Preferably In A Technology Or Manufacturing Industry.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field; Mba Or Advanced Degree Preferred.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Implementing Cx Strategies And Driving Improvements In Customer Satisfaction, Retention, And Loyalty.
Strong Leadership And Collaboration Skills, With Experience Managing And Developing A Team Of Cx And Field Operations Professionals.
