  1. Develop and implement financial strategies and policies to drive financial success and ensure compliance within the organization.
  2. Oversee and manage all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  3. Lead and mentor the controllership team, providing guidance and support to achieve department and company objectives.
  4. Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends and developments in aerospace technologies to make informed decisions and recommendations.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and provide financial insights and recommendations.
  7. Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as auditors, financial institutions, and regulatory agencies.
  9. Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to senior management and other stakeholders.
  10. Drive continuous process improvements and automation to increase efficiency and effectiveness within the controllership function.
  11. Ensure timely and accurate completion of all financial reporting deliverables, including month-end and year-end close processes.
  12. Monitor changes in accounting standards and regulations, and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  13. Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes to support the company's overall goals and objectives.
  14. Represent the company in financial discussions with clients, suppliers, and other external parties.
  15. Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement within the controllership team.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In A Senior Financial Management Role Within The Aerospace Industry.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field. Mba Or Other Advanced Degree Preferred.

  • Demonstrated Experience In Cost Control, Budgeting, And Financial Forecasting For Complex Aerospace Projects.

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Financial Strategies To Drive Business Growth And Profitability.

  • Strong Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team Of Finance Professionals.
