  2. Oversee and execute various data management programs, including data cleansing, data migration, and data governance initiatives.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and operations, to understand data needs and develop solutions to address business challenges.

  9. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their data requirements and provide timely updates on project progress.
  10. Conduct regular audits and quality checks to maintain data accuracy and integrity.
  11. Develop and maintain documentation, including data dictionaries and standard operating procedures, to ensure consistency and standardization in data management practices.
  12. Drive data-driven decision making by providing accurate and timely data insights to business leaders.
  13. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to manage data integration and ensure data quality.
  14. Train and onboard new team members on data management processes and tools.
  15. Continuously review and improve data management processes to support business growth and scalability.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Data Management Or Program Management In A Corporate Setting.

  • Proficient In Data Analysis And Visualization Tools Such As Tableau, Power Bi, Or Sap Business Objects.

  • Strong Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Manage Multiple Projects And Stakeholders Simultaneously.

  • Understanding Of Data Governance Principles And Experience With Implementing Data Governance Frameworks.
