  1. Lead and manage a team of data center professionals to ensure the successful execution of critical data center projects.

  4. Ensure the efficient and reliable functioning of data centers by closely monitoring and managing operational processes.

  10. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the data center team.
  11. Mentor and coach team members to develop their skills and expertise in data center operations.
  12. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to ensure high-quality work output.
  13. Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and products.
  14. Participate in the development of data center strategies and provide input on future initiatives.
  15. Ensure a safe and secure working environment for all data center employees.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Management.

  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Managing Data Center Operations, Including Server And Network Infrastructure, Storage Systems, And Virtualization Technologies.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading Large-Scale Data Center Projects, From Planning And Design To Implementation And Maintenance.

  • Strong Understanding Of Industry Best Practices For Data Center Management, Including Security, Disaster Recovery, And Business Continuity.
