  1. Develop, implement and maintain cyber security protocols and procedures to protect Honeywell's networks and systems from potential threats.
  2. Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify and address any potential security risks.
  3. Monitor network activity for any suspicious behavior and promptly investigate and respond to any security incidents.
  4. Stay up-to-date with the latest cyber security trends and threats and make recommendations for improvements to existing security measures.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that security measures are integrated into new systems and processes.
  6. Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on best practices for cyber security.
  7. Manage and maintain security systems such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and data encryption programs.
  8. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  9. Prepare and present reports on security status, incidents, and potential risks to senior management.
  10. Participate in incident response and disaster recovery planning and testing.
  11. Work with external vendors and partners to address any security concerns or issues.
  12. Continuously assess and enhance security measures to ensure the protection of sensitive data and information.
  13. Serve as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to other teams within the company on cyber security matters.
  14. Proactively identify and address any potential security gaps or weaknesses in the company's systems and processes.
  15. Maintain and update incident response plans and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Cybersecurity Engineering Role.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Cybersecurity Principles, Practices, And Technologies, Including Network Security, Vulnerability Management, And Threat Detection.

  • Experience With Implementing And Maintaining Security Solutions Such As Firewalls, Intrusion Detection Systems, And Data Encryption.

  • Industry Certifications Such As Cissp, Ceh, Or Giac Are Preferred.
