Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Customer Service Or Customer Experience Role.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Customers And Internal Teams.
Strong Problem-Solving And Decision-Making Abilities, With The Ability To Handle Difficult Customer Situations.
