  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive global risk management strategy to identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks and threats to Honeywell's operations.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, and supply chain, to ensure risk management processes are integrated and aligned across the organization.
  3. Conduct regular risk assessments and develop contingency plans to ensure business continuity in the event of disruptions or crises.
  4. Monitor global economic, political, and social trends to proactively identify potential risks and recommend appropriate risk mitigation measures.
  5. Lead and mentor a team of risk management professionals to build a culture of resilience and ensure consistent risk management practices across all business units.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including government agencies, industry associations, and consultants, to stay informed about emerging risks and best practices in risk management.
  7. Communicate risk management strategies, policies, and procedures to senior leadership and other stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports on risk exposure and mitigation efforts.
  8. Collaborate with internal audit teams to ensure compliance with risk management policies and procedures.
  9. Develop and manage crisis management plans and protocols to effectively respond to and recover from major disruptions.
  10. Continuously review and improve risk management processes and procedures to adapt to changing business needs and evolving risks.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Risk Management, Crisis Management, And/Or Business Continuity Planning In A Global Corporate Environment.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Business Administration, Risk Management, Or Emergency Management. Advanced Degree Or Certification Preferred.

  • Strong Leadership Skills With Proven Experience In Managing And Developing A Team.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Global Risk Management Strategies, Methodologies, And Industry Best Practices.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Leadership To Drive A Culture Of Risk Awareness And Resilience.
