- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Honeywell's products, services, and solutions to effectively negotiate and manage contracts with customers.
- Manage the entire contract lifecycle from initiation to close, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including legal, finance, and sales to review and approve contract terms and conditions.
- Provide guidance and support to sales teams on contract negotiations, ensuring customer needs are met while mitigating risks for the company.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records and documentation.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure contract compliance and identify areas for improvement.
- Proactively identify potential contract issues and provide solutions to mitigate risks.
- Continuously monitor contract performance and make recommendations for improvements or revisions as needed.

Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Law, Or Related Field
