- Manage and maintain accurate records of all contracts and billing information.
- Ensure that all contracts and billing agreements are in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Review, analyze, and interpret complex contracts to ensure accuracy and identify potential issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to contracts and billing.
- Monitor billing processes and systems to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance contract and billing procedures.
- Communicate and negotiate with clients or vendors regarding contract and billing issues.
- Track and report on contract and billing metrics and KPIs to management.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and changes in contract and billing procedures.
- Provide support and guidance to other team members on contract and billing processes.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Handle any escalations or disputes related to contracts and billing.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive contract and billing information.
- Train and onboard new team members on contract and billing processes and systems.
- Other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Contract And Billing Analysis, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Technology Industry.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills With The Ability To Interpret Complex Data And Identify Trends.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Communicate Effectively With Clients.
Proficient In Microsoft Excel And Experience With Billing Software, Such As Sap Or Oracle.
