As the Communications Director, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing our company's communication strategy, driving brand awareness and engagement, and fostering a strong corporate culture.   1. Develop and implement a comprehensive communication strategy to effectively communicate Honeywell's brand, products, and services to both internal and external audiences.
  2. Lead and manage a team of communication professionals to ensure timely and effective delivery of communications materials.
  3. Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, clients, media, and industry influencers, to promote a positive company image and build brand equity.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment in messaging and branding across all communication channels.
  5. Monitor and analyze industry trends and competitor communication strategies to continuously improve and innovate our own communication efforts.
  6. Oversee the creation and distribution of all internal and external communications, including press releases, newsletters, social media content, and marketing materials.
  7. Serve as the primary point of contact for media inquiries and proactively identify opportunities for media coverage and thought leadership.
  8. Develop and maintain crisis communication plans and lead communication efforts in times of crisis or sensitive situations.
  9. Manage and allocate the communication budget effectively to achieve maximum impact and return on investment.
  10. Stay updated on emerging communication technologies and tools, and make recommendations for their use in enhancing and optimizing communication efforts.
  11. Cultivate a strong corporate culture by driving employee engagement through effective internal communication strategies.
  12. Represent Honeywell at industry events and conferences, and serve as a brand ambassador to promote the company's values and mission.
  13. Ensure all communication efforts comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  14. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of communication strategies, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Communications, Public Relations, Or Marketing, Preferably In A Leadership Or Managerial Role.

  • Proven Ability To Develop And Implement Successful Communication Strategies And Campaigns For A Global Company.

  • Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Convey Complex Information To Diverse Audiences.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Manage A Team, Prioritize Tasks, And Meet Tight Deadlines In A Fast-Paced Environment.
