- Develop and implement a comprehensive communication strategy to effectively communicate Honeywell's brand, products, and services to both internal and external audiences.
- Lead and manage a team of communication professionals to ensure timely and effective delivery of communications materials.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, clients, media, and industry influencers, to promote a positive company image and build brand equity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment in messaging and branding across all communication channels.
- Monitor and analyze industry trends and competitor communication strategies to continuously improve and innovate our own communication efforts.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of all internal and external communications, including press releases, newsletters, social media content, and marketing materials.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for media inquiries and proactively identify opportunities for media coverage and thought leadership.
- Develop and maintain crisis communication plans and lead communication efforts in times of crisis or sensitive situations.
- Manage and allocate the communication budget effectively to achieve maximum impact and return on investment.
- Stay updated on emerging communication technologies and tools, and make recommendations for their use in enhancing and optimizing communication efforts.
- Cultivate a strong corporate culture by driving employee engagement through effective internal communication strategies.
- Represent Honeywell at industry events and conferences, and serve as a brand ambassador to promote the company's values and mission.
- Ensure all communication efforts comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of communication strategies, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Communications, Public Relations, Or Marketing, Preferably In A Leadership Or Managerial Role.
Proven Ability To Develop And Implement Successful Communication Strategies And Campaigns For A Global Company.
Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Convey Complex Information To Diverse Audiences.
Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Manage A Team, Prioritize Tasks, And Meet Tight Deadlines In A Fast-Paced Environment.
