  1. Operate and maintain CNC machines to produce precision parts for aerospace products.
  2. Follow blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications to ensure accuracy and quality of machined parts.
  3. Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC machines to ensure efficient and safe operation.
  4. Collaborate with engineers and production team to optimize machining processes and improve overall productivity.
  5. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
  6. Perform quality checks on finished parts using precision measuring tools.
  7. Monitor and adjust machine settings to meet production requirements and maintain quality standards.
  8. Maintain detailed records of production and machine maintenance activities.
  9. Identify and troubleshoot any issues or malfunctions with CNC machines and make necessary repairs or adjustments.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and make recommendations to enhance efficiency and quality.
  11. Train and mentor junior machinists to develop their skills and knowledge.
  12. Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth operation and timely completion of projects.
  13. Adhere to all company safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
  14. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in CNC machining technology.
  15. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications

  • Proficiency In Cnc Programming: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of G-Code And Cam Software, And Be Able To Create And Modify Cnc Programs To Achieve Precise Machining Results.

  • Experience With Cnc Machines And Equipment: The Candidate Should Have Hands-On Experience Operating Various Cnc Machines Such As Lathes, Mills, And Grinders. Knowledge Of Different Types Of Tooling And Fixtures Is Also Important.

  • Strong Mechanical Aptitude: A Cnc Machinist Should Have A Good Understanding Of Mechanical Principles And Be Able To Read And Interpret Technical Drawings And Blueprints. They Should Also Have The Ability To Troubleshoot And Solve Mechanical Issues That May Arise During The Machining Process.

  • Attention To Detail: Precision Is Crucial In Cnc Machining And A Machinist Should Have A Keen Eye For Detail To Ensure That The Final Product Meets The Specified Tolerances And Quality Standards.
