  1. Perform CMM inspections on aerospace components and assemblies to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.

  3. Analyze and interpret CMM data and make recommendations for corrective actions as needed.
  4. Maintain and calibrate CMM equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  5. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
  6. Conduct first article inspections and document results according to FAA regulations.
  7. Develop and implement quality control processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry standards and regulations to ensure compliance in all inspections.
  9. Communicate inspection findings and recommendations to management and other stakeholders.
  10. Train and mentor junior quality inspectors on CMM techniques and procedures.
  11. Adhere to company safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
  12. Continuously strive for improvement in processes and procedures to enhance overall quality and customer satisfaction.

Job Qualifications
  • Faa Certification: The Candidate Should Possess A Valid Faa Certification For Cmm Quality Inspection At Level 3. This Certification Ensures That The Candidate Has The Necessary Knowledge And Skills To Perform Quality Inspections On Cmm Machines.

  • Experience With Cmm Machines: The Candidate Should Have At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience Working With Cmm Machines. This Includes Programming, Operating, And Troubleshooting Various Cmm Models And Software.

  • Knowledge Of Inspection Techniques: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Various Inspection Techniques, Including Gd&T, First Article Inspection, And Statistical Process Control. This Knowledge Is Essential For Ensuring The Accuracy And Reliability Of Cmm Inspections.

  • Attention To Detail: As A Cmm Quality Inspector, Attention To Detail Is Crucial. The Candidate Should Have A Keen Eye For Identifying Defects And Anomalies In The Inspection Process, As Well As The Ability To Analyze And Interpret Complex Data From Cmm Reports.

  • Quality Management Systems: Honeywell Follows Strict Quality Management Systems To Ensure The Highest Standards Of Quality For Their Products. The Candidate Should Have A Good Understanding Of These Systems And Be Able To Adhere To Them While Performing Cmm Inspections. Knowledge Of Iso 9001 And As9100 Standards Is Preferred.
