We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Chemical Operator - Level 2 to join our team. As a Chemical Operator, you will play a critical role in the production of various chemical products, ensuring their quality and safety.   1. Operate and maintain various chemical production equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures and safety protocols.
  2. Monitor and adjust production processes to maintain product quality and consistency.
  3. Perform routine inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
  4. Accurately record production data and maintain production logs and records.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during production.
  6. Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols, including proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials.
  7. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure efficient production and timely delivery of products.
  8. Continuously evaluate and suggest improvements to production processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
  9. Train and mentor new Chemical Operators as needed.
  10. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
  11. Communicate any production issues or concerns to supervisors and work towards finding solutions.
  12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  13. Attend and actively participate in safety meetings and training sessions.
  14. Keep up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in chemical manufacturing processes.
  15. Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by supervisors.

Job Qualifications
  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent Required, With Additional Education Or Training In Chemistry Or Chemical Engineering Preferred.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working In A Chemical Manufacturing Or Production Environment, Preferably In A Role As A Chemical Operator Or Similar Position.

  • Strong Understanding Of Chemical Processes And Safety Protocols, With The Ability To Identify Potential Hazards And Take Appropriate Precautions.

  • Proficiency In Operating And Maintaining Various Chemical Production Equipment And Machinery, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Make Adjustments As Needed.

  • Excellent Communication And Teamwork Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Fast-Paced, High-Pressure Environment While Following Strict Protocols And Procedures.
