- Safely handle and transport hazardous materials according to company and industry regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Follow proper handling and storage procedures for hazardous chemicals.
- Operate and maintain material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Monitor and inspect containers and packaging materials to ensure they meet safety standards.

Experience In Handling Hazardous Chemicals: A Chemical-Material Handler At Honeywell Must Have Prior Experience In Safely Handling And Storing Hazardous Chemicals. This Includes Knowledge Of Proper Labeling, Storage Procedures, And Emergency Protocols.
Forklift Operation Skills: The Job Requires The Use Of Forklifts To Move Materials And Products Within The Facility. Candidates Must Be Trained And Experienced In Operating Forklifts Safely And Efficiently.
Understanding Of Material Safety Data Sheets (Msds): Knowledge Of Msds And The Ability To Interpret And Follow Safety Instructions Is Crucial For A Chemical-Material Handler. This Ensures The Safe Handling And Storage Of Chemicals In Accordance With Regulatory Standards.
Physical Strength And Stamina: The Job Involves Lifting And Moving Heavy Containers And Materials. Candidates Must Be Physically Fit And Able To Perform These Tasks For Extended Periods.
