Bachelor's Degree In Chemical Engineering Or Related Field, With A Focus On Process Design And Optimization.
Strong Understanding Of Chemical Processes And Unit Operations, Including Knowledge Of Safety Protocols.
Experience With Process Simulation Software Such As Aspen Hysys Or Chemcad.
Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Identify Areas For Improvement.
Strong Communication And Teamwork Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Technical Information To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
