- Develop and execute channel marketing strategies to drive growth and increase market share for the Smart Energy and Thermal Solutions division.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to maximize sales opportunities.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new market trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and promotions.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of channel marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvement.
- Provide support and guidance to channel partners on marketing initiatives and best practices.
- Develop and manage marketing budgets for channel campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
- Work closely with sales teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing plans.
- Utilize data and analytics to measure and report on the success of channel marketing efforts.
- Identify and implement innovative marketing tactics to increase brand awareness and product adoption.
- Act as a brand ambassador and maintain a strong understanding of Honeywell's products and services.
- Travel to meet with channel partners and attend industry events as needed.
- Mentor and coach junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Channel Marketing, Preferably In The Smart Energy Or Thermal Solutions Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Sales And Marketing Principles, Including Experience In Creating And Implementing Marketing Strategies.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Channel Partners.
Experience With Data Analysis And Market Research, With The Ability To Use Insights To Drive Business Growth And Make Strategic Decisions.
