
Avionics/Electrical BGA Field Service Engineer

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Honeywell's avionics and electrical systems.
- Ensure the safety and efficiency of customers' aircraft by conducting thorough inspections and maintenance.
- Stay up-to-date on industry advancements and new technologies related to BGA and avionics systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions for customer needs.
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to address any issues or concerns.
- Conduct training and provide guidance to customers on the proper use and maintenance of our systems.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of all service activities and repairs.
- Travel to customer sites as needed to provide on-site support and troubleshoot any technical issues.
- Collaborate with product development teams to provide feedback and suggestions for improvements and new features.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while working with electrical systems.
- Maintain and manage an inventory of tools and equipment necessary for effective service and maintenance.
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies, procedures, and goals.
- Represent Honeywell in a professional and positive manner at all times, maintaining strong relationships with customers.
- Continuously improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Proactively identify and report potential safety hazards or issues with systems to prevent any accidents or malfunctions.
Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Avionics And Electrical Troubleshooting And Repair.
Knowledge Of Avionics Systems And Components, Including Navigation, Communication, And Flight Control Systems.
Familiarity With Industry Regulations And Standards, Such As Faa Regulations And Do-178B/C.
Ability To Travel Frequently And Work Independently In A Fast-Paced, Customer-Focused Environment.
