  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project plans and timelines for various programs.
  2. Track and monitor progress of programs, ensuring timely completion and delivery of project milestones.
  3. Communicate program goals, status updates, and any potential roadblocks or issues to key stakeholders.
  4. Identify and mitigate risks that may impact program success.
  5. Coordinate and facilitate meetings and discussions with team members to drive progress and resolve any conflicts.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Business Administration, Engineering, Or Project Management.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Project Or Program Management, Preferably In A Technical Or Manufacturing Industry.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate And Influence Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Strong Organizational And Time-Management Abilities, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Multiple Projects Simultaneously.

  • Proficiency In Project Management Tools And Methodologies, Such As Agile Or Six Sigma, And Experience In Using Project Management Software Such As Microsoft Project Or Asana.
