  1. Develop and implement health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  2. Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards and provide recommendations for improvement.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement safety protocols for new projects and processes.
  4. Monitor and evaluate workplace safety practices and make necessary adjustments to ensure a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.
  5. Provide training and education to employees on HSE best practices and procedures.
  6. Investigate and analyze incidents and accidents to identify root causes and implement preventive measures.
  7. Stay updated on the latest HSE regulations and industry trends to ensure compliance and promote continuous improvement.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with external agencies and organizations to stay informed on relevant HSE issues and regulations.
  9. Prepare and present reports on HSE performance and progress to management and other stakeholders.
  10. Act as a resource and mentor for new employees in the Aerospace Development Program, providing guidance and support in HSE related matters.
  11. Collaborate with other departments and teams to promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility throughout the organization.
  12. Continuously identify and implement innovative ideas and solutions to improve HSE practices and procedures within the company.
  13. Participate in emergency response and crisis management activities as needed.
  14. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that values diversity and encourages open communication and collaboration.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Relevant Coursework Or Experience In Health, Safety, And Environmental (Hse) Engineering.

  • Strong Technical Knowledge And Understanding Of Aerospace Development Processes And Standards.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Mitigate Potential Hazards And Risks.
