- Develop and implement health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement safety protocols for new projects and processes.
- Monitor and evaluate workplace safety practices and make necessary adjustments to ensure a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.
- Provide training and education to employees on HSE best practices and procedures.
- Investigate and analyze incidents and accidents to identify root causes and implement preventive measures.
- Stay updated on the latest HSE regulations and industry trends to ensure compliance and promote continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external agencies and organizations to stay informed on relevant HSE issues and regulations.
- Prepare and present reports on HSE performance and progress to management and other stakeholders.
- Act as a resource and mentor for new employees in the Aerospace Development Program, providing guidance and support in HSE related matters.
- Collaborate with other departments and teams to promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility throughout the organization.
- Continuously identify and implement innovative ideas and solutions to improve HSE practices and procedures within the company.
- Participate in emergency response and crisis management activities as needed.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that values diversity and encourages open communication and collaboration.
Bachelor's Degree In Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Relevant Coursework Or Experience In Health, Safety, And Environmental (Hse) Engineering.
Strong Technical Knowledge And Understanding Of Aerospace Development Processes And Standards.
Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Mitigate Potential Hazards And Risks.
Demonstrated Ability To Work Well In A Team Environment And Communicate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams.
