  1. Develop and implement user-centered design principles to create exceptional user experiences for Honeywell's products.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and business objectives.
  3. Conduct user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and inform design decisions.
  4. Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and solutions.
  5. Continuously iterate and improve designs based on user feedback and data analysis.
  6. Ensure that designs align with brand guidelines and standards.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX design.
  8. Communicate design concepts and decisions to stakeholders and team members.
  9. Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
  10. Help shape the overall UX strategy and contribute to the improvement of UX processes and tools.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Ux Design Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Ux Design, Preferably In A Corporate Environment

  • Proficiency In Industry-Standard Design Tools (E.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Invision)

  • Proven Track Record Of Conducting User Research And Translating Insights Into Effective Design Solutions

  • Strong Understanding Of User-Centered Design Principles And Best Practices For Web And Mobile Applications
