  1. Develop and maintain advanced test equipment software for Aerospace Navigation systems, ensuring its accuracy, reliability, and compliance with industry standards.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and design effective solutions that meet the needs of the business.
  3. Conduct thorough testing and debugging of software to identify and address any issues or bugs.
  4. Continuously improve and optimize software performance to enhance overall system efficiency and functionality.

  6. Work closely with other engineers and technicians to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during testing or production.

  9. Communicate project status and progress to team members and management, including any potential risks or delays.
  10. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve the overall quality of software development.
  11. Collaborate with other teams, such as hardware engineering and quality assurance, to ensure seamless integration of software components.
  12. Actively seek out opportunities for process improvements and propose new ideas for product development.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including security protocols, to protect sensitive information and maintain data integrity.
  14. Act as a technical mentor to junior engineers, providing guidance and support as needed.
  15. Take ownership of assigned tasks and proactively manage project deadlines to ensure timely and successful delivery.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Software Development For Aerospace Navigation Systems.

  • Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As C, C++, And Java.

  • Experience With Real-Time Operating Systems And Embedded Software Development.

  • Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Protocols For Aerospace Navigation Systems, Such As Arinc 429 And Mil-Std-1553.
