- Conduct advanced research and development projects to drive innovation and find solutions to complex challenges
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop cutting-edge technology and products
- Utilize engineering expertise and creative thinking to push the boundaries of what is possible
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to identify new opportunities for research and development
- Design and execute experiments, collect and analyze data, and present findings to internal teams and stakeholders
- Develop and test prototypes and models to validate concepts and ideas
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to R&D projects
- Ensure projects are completed within established timelines and budget constraints
- Stay compliant with all safety and regulatory standards during research and development activities
- Continuously seek ways to improve processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of R&D projects
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members to foster their growth and development.
Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or Related Field (E.g. Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace)
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Advanced Research And Development In A Relevant Industry (E.g. Aerospace, Defense, Automation)
Proficiency In Software Development And Programming Languages (E.g. C++, Python, Matlab)
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Design And Execute Complex Experiments And Analyze Data
Experience With Advanced Technologies And Tools Such As Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, And Data Analytics.
